Our Challenge:This position will be part of the Client's Infrastructure Cloud Capability and Design team. The primary objective of this role will be to implement Atlassian products. Responsibilities:Business AnalysisDocument and secure approval for business requirements, facilitate gap analysis for improvements, and act as the key intermediary between business units, technology teams, and IT vendors for system evaluations, selections, and project implementations.Quality Assurance Prepare and execute test cases for functional and regression testing, coordinate user acceptance tests, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and acceptance criteria.Operational SupportAdminister and configure the JIRA environment, manage user access, create security and custom configurations, install add-ons, optimize workflows, develop metrics dashboards, perform system upgrades and migrations, and establish user procedures and governance for JIRA, including crowd administration.Project ManagementParticipate in or lead project initiation and closure processes, ensuring Business Analysis and Operational Support (BAOS) responsibilities are delivered on time and within budget, while accurately recording time against the designated project budget.Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent knowledge and a minimum related work experience of 5-7 years in the areas listed below.
