We are looking for Senior Business Analyst with 7+ years in Loan Origination, to join our rapidly growing team across regions. Responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, ensuring they are aligned with stakeholder needs and regulatory standards Able to translate these requirements into functional specifications while collaborating closely with the development team Conduct and lead requirements gathering sessions using a wide variety of analysis methodologies Analyze all business requirements and provide detailed specifications Assist project managers and development team during the project life cycle especially reviewing & executing test cases, training business users, and leading UAT 7+ years of relevant working experience ~ Comprehensive domain knowledge in Commercial Loan Origination in terms of Construction Loans, Commercial Real Estate, Small Business Loans, Equipment Finance, Fleet Loans, application flows, policy rules, credit analysis, and process flows. ~ Implemented multiple large-scale CLOS solutions in the last 5+ years and hands-on experience in managing complex business requirements ~ Deep know-how of Business Banking concepts and loan processes & operations (including Loan Origination) ~ Good understanding of Business Banking Operations and Functions especially in Business Lending, Business Onboarding and Account Opening & Credit policy & decisioning ~ Hands-on Experience working on different rule engines and process automation tools and techniques ~ Experience in Core Banking Systems, Banking operations, End of Day& Data sync processes, API, and other Integrations. ~ Knowledge of project lifecycle and different methodologies like waterfall or agile ~ Hands-on Experience in Business Internet and Mobile Banking Applications is a plus Remote Freedom, Your Way: At VeriPark we believe in the power of talent, no matter where it resides.
