Job Summary Our client is looking for an experienced person to fill a permanent, full-time IT Business Analyst role in the Data Technology Solutions (DTS) team. DTS enables the management and governance of investment-related data assets to provide timely, accurate, complete, and accessible data. The team provides customers with automated solutions, master data management and data orchestration services to enable business users to make data selections and improve data quality. The team's ideals are focused on delivering true customer value in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The team values thought-provoking, innovative solutions, collaboration, and practicality. What you will do: Partner with our business and IT stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, create robust solutions, and perform testing Respond to support requests by investigating issues, coordinating with IT and business stakeholders and working with developers and other IT staff to provide solutions Work in a highly agile team, collaborate with developers and other business analysts, share information, and provide inputs to design and build solutions Actively participate and contribute to Agile/ Scrum practices such as daily standups, backlog refinement, planning and sprint retrospectives. Support the Product Owner in developing and realizing the Product vision (develop roadmaps, manage scope, minimal viable products, prioritize backlog, create stories to incorporate user and technical feedback etc.) Manage client expectations by maintaining healthy open communications between business and technical stakeholders and keeping relevant parties informed of progress Who you are: + years Capital markets domain knowledge specifically related to Trade and position data for multiple asset classes (Equity, Fixed Income, Credit, Derivatives, FX, OTC products etc.) Investment accounting (Book of Record) Data management and data governance Master security and other reference data University degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Management or equivalent Excellent understanding of IT concepts such as databases, functions, UI, business rules, software systems, and data governance Proven experience with data management, investment systems and business intelligence tools Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements Proficiency writing queries using SQL Excellent facilitator and interviewer (able to pull out deeper business needs & usage patterns) Understands the why (curious, asks probing questions, digs deep, open minded) Possess a Quality Assurance mindset and capable of testing software to find issues and confirm functionality. Proven ability to support junior team members and coordinate with business users Superior written and verbal communication skills Nice to have: Experiencing working in an Agile environment Knowledge of SimCorp Dimensions (SCD), SAP HANA, Snowflake, Eagle Pace and/or Bloomberg gttca LI-GTT -
