As a Senior Business Analyst reporting to the People & Culture Director of the Engagement Team, you will wear several hats: engagement survey prime, consultant, data analyst and trusted advisor. You will collaborate closely with leaders and partners to develop and implement strategies that support business needs and enhance the overall team member experience.

You will contribute to the planning, design, development, and delivery activities behind our portfolio of global, team member engagement surveys, which serve to continuously improve our world-class culture. In your position, you will identify opportunities, present recommendations, and help implement strategic plans, working closely with stakeholders and leaders across the organization to ensure success.

What you'll do

  • Plan and execute semi-annual suite of team member surveys
  • Develop and manage all survey deliverables
  • Formulate solutions through considering options and making recommendations
  • Enhance and simplify processes
  • Track and manage survey budget and costs
  • Create and share survey guidance, background, reference material and job aids
  • Manage numerous competing priorities with high attention to detail
  • Negotiate effectively to be able to keep and honor commitments
  • Assess lessons learned after each survey to continuously innovate and improve quality
  • Conduct analysis and summarize engagement insights
  • Assess and analyze survey results leveraging strategic thinking and the power of GenAI
  • Track large volume of details and concisely summarize
  • Generate insights and share recommendations
  • Prioritize the customer experience
  • Build and enhance exceptional working relationships
  • Build trusting relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Contribute thought leadership in all interactions
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Represent the engagement team at meetings both internally and externally with stakeholders and vendors
  • Known as a Trusted Advisor who sees the big picture and applies critical thinking to make informed decisions
  • Collaborate to support and deliver various solutions for people leaders and team members

Qualifications

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in human resources or a related field
  • Proficiency in data analysis
  • Demonstrated discretion, good judgment, and trustworthiness, with the ability to think quickly on your feet
  • Expert knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Google suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Chat), and ChatGPT
  • Transparent and compelling communicator and collaborator, capable of building strong relationships across all organizational levels
  • Ability to translate complex and intricate requests into clear, actionable steps to meet the needs of customers and partners
  • Excellent brainstorming and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage numerous competing priorities and commitments with exceptional attention to detail, in an organized manner
  • Comfortable working in high-volume and dynamic environments with changing priorities
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a sense of ownership over deliverables
  • Bachelor's degree or college diploma, preferably with a focus on project management and Human Resources/People & Culture

Great-to-haves

  • Leadership, advisory, business partnering experience is an asset
  • CHRP
  • Experience working in a remote team environment
  • Experience building, assigning and tracking tasks/project planning
  • Bilingual in English and French, both written and oral
Salary Range:
