Job summary:The Senior BA/BI Analyst is mainly responsible for collecting, sorting, and analyzing business needs (BA) from the different business units, and leveraging the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform to quickly find an intelligent solution (BI) to fulfill the business need and ultimately help the business department to improve the productivity and efficiency. This position will be responsible for ensuring that best practices are implemented within the solutions as well as driving learning and the advancement of Microsoft 365 and Power Platform capabilities within the company. The person will also provide training and support on how to efficiently leverage Microsoft 365 and Power Platform products to increase productivity. Responsibilities could change as the needs of the IT department evolve. What you will do:Work with the business owners to gather requirements, document business processes and rules, identify the real business requirements and the gaps between the actual process and ideal state, and be responsible for recommendation of process optimization Discover, design, and develop applications or solutions on Microsoft 365 and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse, etc.) based on industry best practicesAutomate/streamline business processes by developing and delivering Power Platform-based solutions as per customer-specific requirements.Centralize internal information sharing within the Microsoft team group by developing and delivering SharePoint-based solutions as per customer-specific requirements. Provide technical advice and training to users and team members on best practices for Microsoft 365 and Power Platform applications.Develop and maintain project documentation such as business requirement documents, process flows, presentations, etc.What you bring to this role:Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or relevant experience10+ years of Microsoft Power Platform development experienceAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 product usageHands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and implementing Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint solutionsAn eye for UX designKnowledge of software development principles and lifecycleExcellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.Technologies: Microsoft Power Platform(Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.), Microsoft SharePoint(development), Microsoft 365(application), Azure, PowerShell, MySQLWhat we offer: Competitive base payEligibility for bonus, benefits, and retirement planIndustry standard vacation packageReimbursement of your professional development/trainingEquity/profit share opportunitiesFree on-site gym and multiple company sponsored sports activities.
