About: As part of the Finance team and reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for budgeting, planning and financial analysis, and will have to interact with the organization's various internal departments including the Executive, Accounting, Pricing, Treasury, Project Management, the various business units as well as points of contact in the USA and Japan. Responsibilities: Prepare annual budgets, establish annual operating scenarios, maintain the financial model, communicate objectives clearly and monitor budgets throughout the year; Participate in the organization's global strategy and determine its financial framework to optimize results; Clearly communicate monthly results and variances to the various stakeholders in collaboration with the accounting team and the CFO; Produce various reports and comments for the head office; Carry out profitability analyses of the various business segments and provide detailed recommendations to management where action is required; Analyze the performance and assess the contribution of the various business units to support management's decision-making process; Develop analyses of the organization's expenses and ensure continuous monitoring between results and budgets; Participate in special projects to establish the profitability of various initiatives linked to the implementation of new products, the establishment of new business units, acquisition projects or continuous improvement projects; Monitor various performance indicators, statistics and the achievement of objectives; Any other tasks that may arise from the position and its evolution. The profile we are looking for: You have a minimum of 5-8 years' experience in a similar position; You have a bachelor's degree in business administration, preferably in finance or a relevant field; You are bilingual, both written and spoken (English and French); Excellent communication and presentation skills to a diverse audience; Enhanced ability to ask questions, listen objectively, consider available information and communicate clearly and accurately; Ability to develop cross-functional collaborative relationships; Advanced technical and computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Ability to develop a financial model in Excel; Knowledge of databases; Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills; Excellent knowledge of accounting and finance; Good knowledge of financial institution models; Ability to anticipate and respond to changing needs; You advocate a strategic approach and are a sharp critical thinker; You demonstrate leadership skills and are an excellent team player.
