Job Description

We are looking for a senior analyst who will report to the manager of corporate strategy and development, and who’ll be tasked with supporting BRP’s growth in participating in large-scale projects supporting various business units, such as LVHA and Advanced Concepts.
YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Contribute to the development of BRP’s strategic plan.
Identify and analyze growth opportunities that are aligned with BRP’s strategic plan.
Support Advanced Concepts by providing market and consumer research. Analyze megatrends, market trends, total addressable market, competitors, behaviours and regulation, etc.
Business development: Support the company’s various strategic initiatives.
Support the development and implementation of go-to-market strategies for LVHA.
Think outside the box … go off road to get to the destination.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Strategic thinking: Identify issues and understand the impact of variables on the company’s long-term goals and develop a strategy accordingly.
Sense of innovation: Encourage innovation within the team and the company. Consider various potential strategies for the company’s products, services and its overall activities and business processes.
Communication, influence, and persuasion: Present information in a persuasive manner to promote new ideas to stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills: The ability to work with large sets of databases and financial models and summarize and present information to influence strategic decisions.
Project management: Estimate the length of activities, appreciate risks, and build project plans. Oversee activities that are critical to a project’s advancement and identify alternative courses of action as needed. Identify all stakeholders for a particular project to keep them updated on a project’s progress and work with them to realign priorities.
Three to five years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, business development or business planning.
Knowledge of PowerBI would be a plus.
Knowledge of English is required because you will be working with our U.S. team.
