We believe in offering an engaging, inclusive and supportive work environment where each team member can thrive.Your contribution!Reporting to the IT Solutions Delivery Manager, your role as Senior Analyst - Business and Systems will be to understand and transform customer needs into business solutions using the companys technological tools and integrating new market developments.Your day-to-day!Responsible for understanding the business needs of internal customers and transforming them into business solutions using technology and IT systems. Anticipate issues and risks, take into account internal practices and introduce market innovations;Lead the deployment and commissioning of functional changes (new functionalities) provided by software suppliers: analyze the impact of changes, ensure testing and process changes. The person will coordinate the work with all departments who use the software package, as well as external suppliers;Responsible for systems evolution, i.e. evaluating, prioritizing and tracking change requests. Manage the evolution cycles of solutions and systems by establishing project plans, schedules and cost estimates, and by defining business specifications while taking into account the priorities of the company and its growing environment;Lead the systems evolution phases of analysis, design, documentation and implementation of computerization solutions and digitalization projects. Ensure the participation of all the different groups and present an overview of solutions;Propose best business practices and identify value-added solutions for customers; ensure the feasibility of solutions and lead their deployment with all stakeholders throughout the organization;Support users through changes and help them draw up training plans;Maintain system documentation for security and access management in compliance with regulatory requirements;Responsible for proposing, evaluating and maintaining computerized solutions and processes that will bring value to the company, to ensure best practices.Your skills, our requirements!Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of integrated enterprise systems (Oracle ERP);Understanding the IT systems development cycle;Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills;Excellent organizational skills, time management and sense of priorities;Results-oriented, good problem-solving skills and process simplification;Customer-focused attitude with experience in business analysis, making requirements and translating them into system solutions;Experience in ERP implementation projects (Oracle in particular) and/or project management - both traditional and agile approaches, an asset;Bilingual (French and English), both spoken and written, knowledge of Spanish, an asset;University degree or equivalent experience;Minimum 7 years experience in IT development or in a similar position;Experience with accounting solutions, project accounting or procurement an asset.Additional considerations!The position is based in the companys Longueuil (Quebec) headquarters, steps away from the Longueuil-Université de Sherbrooke metro station.This position is an P3 level.Our advantages!Competitive salary and annual bonus;Three weeks of vacation in the first year of employment and paid vacation during the holiday season;Medical insurance 100% funded by Innergex from day one, including primary care services via telemedicine;Group plan and employer-owned share purchase plan;Electric Vehicle Purchase Incentive Program (E-VIP);Hybrid work model;Career development opportunities;Offices accessible by public transportation.Innergex is an equal opportunity employer that values each person’s unique background, diversity, experiences, perspectives and talents.
