ACASS is a leading provider of international private aviation support services, and we are looking for an experienced Senior Aircraft Sales Analyst to join our Montreal team. In this role, you will report to our Vice President of Aircraft Transactions and work closely with other Aircraft Sales Analysts and Sales Directors as a key member of our global sales team. Your responsibilities will include preparing aircraft valuations and comparisons, conducting market studies, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities (off and on market).
  • Collaborate with our sales team to fulfill aircraft acquisition and sales representation agreements.
  • Prepare various sales documents, such as aircraft valuations and comparisons, specification sheets, and market studies.
  • Analyze and report on industry and market trends.
  • Recommend pricing adjustments based on competitive analysis and marker conditions.
  • Improve our sales tools and processes.
  • Develop sales forecasts and projections.
  • Be the main point of contact for the sales support team, offering guidance, knowledge, and assistance in resolving issues.
  • Support the Vice President by overseeing the team’s workload and priorities to ensure the efficient completion of all sales support tasks and deliverables.
  • Capture relevant data, market intelligence, and customer information on Salesforce.
  • Work with our Marketing team to coordinate aircraft sales campaigns, e-blasts, etc.
  • Collaborate on sales-related projects.
  • Qualify and respond to online and telephone inquiries.
  • Occasionally travel to client meetings, aircraft inspections, trade shows, and industry events.

Skills and Requirements

  • Passionate, friendly, driven, proactive, resourceful, and responsible professional.
  • Capable multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the aviation industry (a must).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers (internal/external).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Analytical thinker who can examine information and identify key elements and trends.
  • Excellent team player capable of working autonomously with minimum supervision.
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal, written and listening). Additional languages are an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software and online meetings (Zoom).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Adobe InDesign software.
  • Flexibility to occasionally travel and work after-hours/weekends to accommodate international time zones and project demands.
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada and currently reside in the Montreal, Quebec area.
