Join the Fairstone Corporate Communications team based in Montreal. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Internal Communications, the Senior Advisor of Internal Communications is responsible for creating and executing strategies that support the organization's goals and, ultimately, propel employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as an expert and point of reference to provide best-in-class internal communications assistance for various business units, levels of stakeholders and internal clients.
Demonstrate leadership and proactivity in developing inspiring and persuasive key messages for various audiences in complex business environments and deploy strategies and tactics for cascading coherent information to the right audiences at the right times.
Lead the development, coordination and execution of communication projects, plans, and activities that drive business priorities and program objectives.
Prepare operational and strategic messages, toolkits, remarks, talking points, PowerPoint presentations, briefings, and other materials supporting significant internal change activities and events.
Develop written and visual content, ensuring clarity and consistency, and making effective use of communication channels to reach and engage audiences.
Manage, update, and improve internal communications channels and platforms, including the company intranet and other traditional and digital communications tools.
Build and maintain strong networks with stakeholders with the ability to influence and negotiate collaboratively to drive a desired outcome favourable to business interests.
Guide communication deliverables focused on the user experience, drawing on in-depth knowledge of communication best practices.
Participate in administrative and planning tasks, including analytics and reporting activities.
Collaborate on ad hoc projects and other communications activities as needed.
