Juiceworks is a full-service studio providing design development, fabrication, and project management for world-class exhibitions, experiences, and visitor attractions. We elevate our clients’ stories by pushing the limits of creativity, innovation & fabrication excellence to enhance the guest experience.Juiceworks is headquartered on the border of Toronto and Mississauga, right by Pearson Airport. Our 80,000 sqft facility includes 70,000 sqft of shared production and warehouse space, and our 10,000 sqft office space has senior leadership, conference facilities, design, estimating, engineering/ detailing, project management, and field services.We are looking for aSenior Account Managerto join our team!You will be the driving force behind all your projects, revelling in the successes and owning the failings. To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable juggling multiple projects and priorities. This role reports to the Account Director. Your main focus will be on 2 key business areas: Trade Show and Experiential Marketing; you should have a passion for these areas, and a willingness to get involved in both as well as other areas as the company continues to evolve.As a senior member of the Account Management team your responsibilities will include, but won't be limited to, the following:The BasicsBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.Provide ongoing client support to ensure optimal client service, relationship. management and client retention.Develop new revenue streams with existing clients.Keep abreast of best practices and industry trends.Day to day communication with all internal teams.Travel and site visits may be required.Client CommunicationDevelop meaningful and collaborative relationships with prospective clients.Assist the client in clearly defining the project scope, including budget and timeframe.Follow-up with clients on missing project information to ensure that project milestones are met.Present all marketing collateral and project materials (cred deck, proposals, drawings, etc.) in such a manner, that the client fully understands the content of the materials to enable them to make Informed decisions.Listen and respond promptly and courteously to client's requests, concerns, and comments.Ensure follow-through of client communication.Professionally represent Juiceworks at all times.Cost EstimationReview all cost estimates, cost revisions, and project timeframes with the Account Director before submitting Quotes or Change Orders to clients.Prepare quotes from estimates, critical path timelines and internal spec/job requests with timely follow-through.Collaborate with clients on project costing during the Initial sign-up and through project revisions.Internal CommunicationAccurately enter and update entries on CRM software in a timely manner and ensure that any file changes are updated on the server.Lead internal Design & Estimate kick-off meetings, as per Juiceworks SOP, when a viable opportunity arises.Consult with the Creative Director on the design, technical challenges, and possible alternative solutions for the project.Lead internal project kick-off meetings with Detailing, Project Management, and Production, as per Juiceworks SOP, when a deal is signed.Communicate client requirements and changes immediately to the Project Manager.Explain reasons for changes required in material, process, or budget.Communicate with Project Manager to follow up on project progress from the kick-off meeting, production meeting, and sub-meetings to pre-show staging and client viewing, final fixes before shipping, installation, dismantle, final pack-out, post-project completion meeting and warehouse check return.Be a collaborative leader and provide mentorship to other team members.Work hours:7:30 am - 3:30 pm, Monday to FridayReports to:Account DirectorWork Location:Mississauga, OnQualifications:Minimum 8 years of relevant account management experience in experiential marketing, brand activations, or branded environments. Additional experience with trade show exhibits, museums, attractions, or corporate interiors is considered an asset.Experience in millwork and woodworking essential.Working knowledge of standard fabrication materials and techniquesAbility to read plans and specifications.Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced team environment.Strong negotiation skills.Proficiency in MS Office.Excellent written & oral communication.Other Desirable AttributesYou take ownership and pride in your work.You are ambitious and have a strong work ethic.You are passionate with a willingness to exceed expectations.You are team-oriented, focused and able to stay level-headed under pressureYou have an inquisitive nature.Thank you for your interest in Juiceworks.
