Our current goal is to expand our Canadian operations with a new office and team in downtown Toronto.RoleThe Senior Account Manager will be responsible for developing strong relationships with our school clients, partners, students, and parents. The role is to focus on being a steward for the children of high net worth individuals. We are looking for highly motivated candidates who are willing to work all hours to get the job done! This is a hardcore work environment which requires resourcefulness and the ability to learn quickly.Key Responsibilities· Conduct the application and enrollment process of prospective students with the school admissions team· Conduct and schedule student interviews to determine fit with their prospective schools· Work closely with schools’ admissions departments to maintain the ongoing relationship between Three W and students· Maintain professional communication with international directors, principals, and admissions counselors· Provide general support and resolution for any student behavioral and academic issues· Assist with collecting documentation on final report cards for enrolled students, progress reports, flight arrivals, re-enrollment letters, tuition payments and letters of acceptance· Collaborate with the President and other account managers on projects and other duties as assigned· Prepare and maintain accurate documentation of student accounts in QuickBase, Box, GoogleDocs, and other databasesWork EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a hybrid setting; from our downtown office, as well as remotely.Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8AM-5PM, with the occasional evening and weekend required.TravelOccasional travel to visit our client schools, attend international marketing events, and company meetings.Required Education and ExperienceBachelors Degree3-5 years of admissions, recruiting, sales, marketing, or customer service experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional attention to detailExcellent Word, Excel, and Outlook skillsHighly skilled in conflict managementBe highly flexible and adaptableA passion for education and working with studentsPreferred:-Mandarin speakingOther DutiesPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
