Responsabilities
Identify potential customers and prospects for accounts
Manage multiple existing accounts ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained
Ensure the sale of the various products and services offered by Malicis (service plan, virtual office, DRaaS, IaaS, training, hardware and software)
Establish, develop and maintain professional relationships with various clients and partners
Ensure a technological watch on the market and recognize business opportunities for the company
Collaborate with the Marketing department to define the best possible strategies in terms of future advertisements and promotions
Meet Quarterly Quotas and look for opportunities to cross-sell
Participate in all relevant business development activities (congresses, conferences)
Manage certain aspects related to the buying and selling process; (evaluate supplier proposals and understand customer needs and requirements in order to offer them a suitable product)
Participate in the company's documentation effort
Requirements
Hold a college diploma with a specialization in computer science or a certificate of relevant studies
Have 5 years of experience in the field of information technology
Have held a position in a similar job
Have a valid driver's license and a car
Have knowledge of software licensing models for Citrix, VMware, Microsoft and Veeam products (an asset)
