Job Description

Prospecting for new customers and building strong relationships with customers. Passionate about delivering superior customer service and beating out the competitors. Will be given the freedom to develop your customer base by exploring new business opportunities and promoting and securing orders from existing customers through a relationship-based approach.

· Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective customers in your assigned territory.

· Defines, identifies and develops targeted sales contacts for product sales throughout our service areas

· Secures new clients, calls on, and presents World Meats Inc products to new clients

· Make telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.

· Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.

· Develop and implement sales plans for identifying, targeting and securing new distribution channels.

· Establish relationships with decision makers and centers of influence within each customer.

· Deliver reports to management related to customer needs and issues, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

· Articulate the company’s vision and value proposition at all times.

· Collection Calls when required.

Requirements:

· Exceptional sales and partnering skills with the ability to identify customers business needs and apply World Meats products and services to assist customers in meeting their needs and achieving their goals

· Strong negotiating skills

· Must be self motivated and results oriented

· Ability to produce and execute plans effectively

· Exceptional researching, prospecting, presentation and relationship-building skills

· Maintain high standards of customer service at all times with an emphasis on meeting deadlines

· Food service experience is essential for this role

· Preference in sale of proteins

· Excellent communication skills

· Outstanding Customer Service Skills

· Responsible for reviewing accounts receivable to ensure all accounts remain within credit terms

· Maintain Order History with customers

· Maintain a cooperative working relationship with other World Meat employees, Administrators, Managers and Customers

· Adapt to changing circumstances and flexibility to adapt plans

· Ability to function in a team atmosphere, appreciate aggressive goals and have superior organization and time management skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
