You will be responsible for creating and executing a sales & marketing plan to help achieve your targets. A strong understanding of today’s IT concepts, solutions and marketplace including product and service offerings is important. Experience having sold either or both professional services as well as managed services is a plus and a strategic focus for our business.We are seeking an experienced and results-driven sales professional to join our team to help us achieve our sales goals. As a sales professional at Sentia, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, closing deals and achieving your assigned sales targets.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and a hunger to succeed. You will be a natural go-getter with the drive and determination to meet and exceed sales targets. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.In this role, you will be working closely with our technical pre-sales team to identify new leads and opportunities, while also working independently to develop new business relationships. We value hard work, dedication, and a results-driven attitude, and we are looking for someone who shares these values.Responsibilities:Confidently pursue achieving assigned sales quotas (GP, PS & MRR - Monthly Recurring Revenue)Developing and implementing sales strategies to reach out to potential customers and persuade them to buy IT products and servicesConducting product demonstrations and presenting proposals to clientsNegotiating pricing and contracts with customersDeveloping and maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat businessStaying up to date with industry trends and developments to remain competitiveCollaborating with other teams such as marketing, engineering, and customer support to ensure customer satisfactionTracking sales performance and providing regular reports to management.To excel in this role, you will need to be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.
