We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedSenior 360 Recruitment Consultantwith a proven track record in heavy industry (Oil and Gas, Renewables, Civil, Manufacturing etc.) recruitment to join our team.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting top talent to building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates. Source, screen, and recruit candidates for a variety of roles. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, and referrals, to attract high-quality candidates. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for specific roles and organizations. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing strategic guidance and support throughout the hiring process. Act as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates, providing timely feedback, guidance, and support to ensure a positive recruitment experience for all parties involved. Manage candidate pipelines through our applicant tracking systems to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process from initial contact to placement. Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in your chosen recruitment vertical, and proactively share insights and knowledge with the team. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client and position. RequirementsBachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on heavy industry or related sectors. Proven track record in business development and client relationship management. Proven track record of success in sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates in a competitive recruitment environment. Strong understanding of heavy industry roles, requirements, and challenges, with the ability to effectively assess candidates' technical skills and experience. Strong network and connections within the heavy industry sector. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-driven and motivated to build and expand a new division within Intelligenciia.
