Securiguard is hiring for fulltime security personnel at the airport in Terrace! This is a chance to be a part of a unique and exciting project!Schedule:Afternoons/Evenings/WeekendsSite Location: YXT Airport, TerracePay Rate: $22.00/hrJob Requirements:Providing excellent customer service to both the client and its guestsEmergency response: Ability to respond to incident/emergency situations and follow required protocolAccess control at terminalsPatrolling of designated areasRadio check insReport writingIdentify and reporting safety hazardsVisual security presence - detect and deter unauthorized personsCoordinating and liaising with the police or emergency personnel when requiredReporting security breachesAdhere to Securiguard's core Values, Vision, Mission statementPerform regularly scheduled site duties as required by client standard operating proceduresKeep consistent notes using company issued notebookFrequent shift activity reportingCandidate Requirements:Valid BC Security LicenseAbility to read and write descriptive and factual reports in the English languageDriver's license not required but must have reliable transportation to get to site.Clean criminal recordPlease note this is not a remote position.
