The hired person will utilize Googlecalendars to maintain our Technician's daily work schedules and ensure a 48 hourturnaround time for services to be performed.What do our Service Scheduler's do? Maintain great customer relations over the phone Gather information from customers to help meet their scheduling needs Confirm, schedule and re-schedule services for customers Create and maintain Technician's schedules using Google calendars Obtain payment details and process credit card payments Complete general clerical duties as assigned Work closely with our Operations and Sales teams Smile while talking on the phone!Rentokil is an equal opportunity employer and encourages women, Aboriginal people, personswith disabilities and members of visible minorities to apply for positions.
