Roles and responsibilities
Role profile description: Looking for a Project Manager to oversee the S4 Integration work package within the S/4 Hana program, transitioning from SAP ECC. This role involves managing the integration of S/4 Hana with other business systems, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment. The Project Manager will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and Program Management to ensure successful global project delivery (working with Canada, US, Ireland, UK based stakeholders).
Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets for the S4 Integration work package.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful integration.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including technical teams, business users, and senior management.
Facilitate meetings and provide updates on project status, risks, and issues.
Ensure stakeholder requirements are understood and met.
Risk and Issue Management
Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues.
Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
Escalate critical issues to the Senior Project Manager as needed.
Quality Assurance
Ensure that integration activities meet quality standards and project requirements.
Oversee testing and validation processes to ensure successful integration.
Address any quality-related issues promptly.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to the Senior Project Manager and other stakeholders.
Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accessible.
