SAP Delivery Partner - Hybrid
Job Description
The SAP Delivery Partner will be responsible for overseeing and managing the portfolio of SAP services provided to our clients under Managed Service contracts, including both application development and maintenance and support in all functional and technical system needs. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of SAP solutions, strong project management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services that meet client expectations.

Essential Job Functions
Oversee the complete portfolio of SAP services, ensuring alignment with client needs and contractual agreements.
Develop and implement strategies for portfolio growth, optimization, and continuous improvement.
Monitor and report on portfolio performance, including key metrics, financials, and client satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding SAP services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business requirements and ensure service delivery meets their expectations.
Conduct regular reviews with clients to discuss performance, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Manage delivery execution of SAP services, ensuring they adhere to established SLAs and quality standards.
Oversee the implementation of best practices, methodologies, and tools to enhance service delivery.
Manage the resolution of critical issues and escalations, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
Develop and manage the budget for the SAP portfolio, ensuring financial targets are met.
Monitor financial performance, including revenue, costs, and profitability.
Provide regular financial reports and forecasts to senior management.
Lead and mentor a team of SAP professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
Provide guidance and support for professional development and career growth.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments.
Fulfill reporting and leadership requirements for the North America SAP practice delivery organization.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role years of relevant work experience in software engineering and management
Solid technical knowledge in package applications
Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
Extensive experience and a recent proven track record in SAP delivery, with a specialization in one or more SAP (or related) technologies
Established history combining SAP consulting, implementation, and managed services, sold and successfully delivered
Knowledge of SAP’s product roadmap (S/4, RISE, etc.) and associated technologies and tools, such as BTP, Signavio, etc.
A continuous learning mindset with a strong desire to understand relevant business insights for assigned clients, including in-depth knowledge of the industry and competitive trends
Demonstrated record of utilizing innovation and executing client transformation programs to drive strategies, optimization, and modernization
Track record of developing and expanding client relationships with executive focus
Proven ability to communicate at all levels of the organization, create solutions to business problems, and present content that resonates with both business and IT stakeholders
Differentiated expertise in the Aerospace and Defense (A&D) industry
Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CTO, or MBA) or advanced training a plus
