Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with keystakeholders. Proven stakeholder management. Be able to handle differentstakeholders, both internal IT & business and external (implementationpartners)2. Have real experience in a multi-cultural global environment – businessstakeholder likely Europe based, with key implementation consultants alsoEurope base, but larger configurator and developers in South Asia &beyond. Experience in global roll-out advantages.3. Able to think and act as an influencer, likely without formaldesignation. Past project management experience is needed.4. Extensive knowledge of SAP manufacturing modules, including ProductionPlanning (PP), Interfaces from SAP to Manufacturing Execution System (MES),and Plant Maintenance (PM). Experienced with variant configurator andconfigurable materials.5. Extensive knowledge of SAP Project System / PS module.6. Proven experience: Solution Design: Design SAP S/4HANA solutions thatalign with our manufacturing requirements, including configuring standardSAP functionality and developing custom solutions where necessary.7. Proven experience : System Configuration: Configure SAP modules relevantto manufacturing, such as Production Planning (PP), interfaces toManufacturing Execution System (MES), and Plant Maintenance (PM), to meetour specific needs.8. Proven experience: System configuration: Project system / PS module.9. Proven experience: Testing and Validation: Develop and execute testscripts to validate the functionality and performance as designed &built.10. Able to write technical specifications for custom programs/interfaces(possibly complex) to MES systems (manufacturing execution system) &other tools for product configurator.11. Experience in a machine production environment or engineeringmanufacturing environment. Both in MTS (make-to-stock engineering product)as well as configured to order (CTO) types of production process. Bonus forexperience in complex configurable engineered-to-order types of businessenvironments.Responsibilities:1. Hands-on designer: able to perform as many of such roles – configstandard system, document functional specs, write a functional spec forcustom interfaces/reports, assist in data conversion, assist in testingpreparations e.g. script, testing, involve in unit-test & follow up,involve in UAT & follow up, hyper care2. Work with implementation consultants & possible internal resourcesin sub-teams, working in agile methodology to deliver as per scopedocuments3. As senior designer / experience designer – be delegate of SDL withrespective sub-team to ensure compliance to delivery methods and scheduleas agreed at project level, and Process level (P2F)4. May be assigned to co-ordinate with other process teams for“traversal” issues.
