SAP FICO Consultant Client: AutomotiveRole: SAP FICO ConsultantDuration: 18 months plus very likely extension.Location: Mississauga (Hybrid 1 day on-site)Our client, a recognized automotive manufacturer is looking to hire an SAP FICO Consultant for a 18-month contract. As an SAP FICO consultant, you’ll play a crucial role in optimizing financial processes within Mercedes organization. Your expertise will span all aspects of SAP Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, along with integration points with Material Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Sales and Distribution (SD), and Warehouse Management (WM). Here are the key responsibilities:Your New RoleImplementing and Configuring SAP FICO Modules:Set up financial accounting and controlling processes.Customize and configure the SAP FICO system.Analyze and improve business processes.Integration and Expertise:Integrate with MM, SD, PP, and other relevant modules.Hands-on experience in GL, AA, COPC, COPA, and Material Ledger.Project Administration and Support:Carry out allocated tasks during SAP implementation.Manage project status and work plans.Resolve operational incidents and maintain service tickets.Liaise with offshore teams for incident resolution.What You’ll Need to Succeed:Relevant education (bachelor’s or master’s degree) in fields like Education, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or Engineering.Desired skills: AP, AR, MM, Costing, Asset Accounting, and integration points with FI/CO.Experience: At least 3 years as a Package Solution Consultant.Certifications: SAP, FICO, FI, S/4HANA, CO, PMP, ITIL, HANA (preferred).What You’ll get in ReturnThe client is offering an 18-month contract with a high likeliness of an extension and a very competitive rate for an incorporated contractor.
