SALON MANAGER
We're seeking a dynamic Salon Manager to lead our team at Yourspacesalons, a premium destination for beauty and style. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the beauty industry, including hands-on experience as a stylist and at least 2 years in a managerial role, demonstrating a successful track record of salon leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team of stylists and estheticians. Conduct regular performance reviews and set clear objectives to drive staff development.
Customer Service Excellence: Be the face of the salon, handling client relations with grace and ensuring every client leaves satisfied. Address and resolve any client issues promptly and professionally.
Financial Oversight: Manage the salon's budget, control expenses, and implement strategies to increase profitability. Oversee transactions and ensure accurate financial reporting.
Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels, order supplies, and negotiate with vendors to ensure the salon is always stocked with high-quality products.
Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones. Leverage social media and local events to enhance the salon's presence and reputation.
Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Maintain a clean and safe environment for both staff and clients.
