Skills and Responsibilities: • Good Years of relevant Salesforce Experience • Perform functional validation of the Global template and Localization developed as part of this project • Engage in active communication with product owners, business users and/or agile developers about the solution quality • Contribute towards preparing System Test Scripts, their execution and submitting test results. • Test the features end to end and log the necessary defects in the stated defect tracking tool • Assist the business team/users as required towards the UAT exercise • Help with conducting the key user training for UAT as applicable supporting the BA • Accountable for overall quality aspects of the delivered solution Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is committed to meeting the accessibility needs of all individuals in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC).
