We’re the largest financial institution based on Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands, and we’ve got an opportunity for you. We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator, so if you’re passionate about systems management, maintenance, and solutions support and have Salesforce Administration, we’d like to hear from you!

This opportunity offers the ability to work remotely from anywhere in British Columbia. Preference for candidates based on Vancouver Island.

What’s the role?

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will be responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Salesforce platform. By collaborating with business partners, you will act as an advanced subject matter expert to create opportunities and efficiencies in business processes by utilizing this technology and workflows. You will work with stakeholders to build dashboards that enable the business to analyze data to improve sales strategies and performance. You will manage administrative functions including account maintenance, creating reports, dashboards, workflows, system configuration, writing formulas, rules, and completing other routine tasks. The Salesforce Administrator will assess, test, and implement new releases of Salesforce including a change management and communication plan. You excel at interpreting end user requirements to ensure that the best solution is developed while participating in the planning, design, and development of Salesforce by working with applicable stakeholders and members.

What are we looking for?

  • Successful completion of a college diploma or university degree in the field of computer science or related technical certifications and/or two (2) years equivalent work experience;
  • Three (3) or more years of Salesforce Administration experience;
  • Salesforce ADM-211 certifications are a bonus;
  • Functional knowledge of RDMS & SQL;
  • Strong knowledge of System Operating principles, design, and components;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products.

Ideally, you are a flexible, collaborative team player with:

  • Knowledge of banking and insurance operations, end-user procedures and workflow, security and risk requirements;
  • Strong systems and analysis skills;
  • Strong accountability and dependability skills;

The salary range for this role fits within this career band. Individual job salary range will vary within the career band, based on the skills and requirements of the job posting.

Full Time annual salary range based on 37.50 hour work week.
