Responsibilities:
- Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizationalpolicies and programs.
- Approve sales programs, promotional campaigns, and initiatives aimed at increasing market share and revenue.
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
- Coordinate sales activities across different regions, divisions, or departments within the company.
- Establish strategic objectives and formulate policies and programs, determine sales targets, market segments, and growth opportunities within the company.
- Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
- Establish financial controls and administrative procedures to monitor and manage sales performance,ensure budget adherence, and profitability.
- Select, mentor, and manage a team of middle managers and executives.
Qualifications:
- Education:University degree or college diploma.
- Experience:1 year to less than 2 years as a middle manager in a related position, preferably in the logistics/transportation industry.
- Software:Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable with CRM software, basic data analysis, tracking and reporting activities and results.
- Language:Fluent in English. Knowledge of a second language is an asset but not required.
