Job Description

Where:Unit 300, 4881 Yonge Street,Toronto, ON, M2N 5X3

Responsibilities:

  • Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement organizationalpolicies and programs.
  • Approve sales programs, promotional campaigns, and initiatives aimed at increasing market share and revenue.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Coordinate sales activities across different regions, divisions, or departments within the company.
  • Establish strategic objectives and formulate policies and programs, determine sales targets, market segments, and growth opportunities within the company.
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Establish financial controls and administrative procedures to monitor and manage sales performance,ensure budget adherence, and profitability.
  • Select, mentor, and manage a team of middle managers and executives.

Qualifications:

  • Education:University degree or college diploma.
  • Experience:1 year to less than 2 years as a middle manager in a related position, preferably in the logistics/transportation industry.
  • Software:Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; comfortable with CRM software, basic data analysis, tracking and reporting activities and results.
  • Language:Fluent in English. Knowledge of a second language is an asset but not required.

Job Type:Full-time, Permanent

Salary:$100,000.00 per year

Hours:35 hours per week
