Position: Sales Technology CoordinatorCompany: CST Savings Inc.Industry: Financial Services Reports to: Senior Manager, Sales and Distribution TechnologyLocation: Flexible Work Location Arrangements AvailableDuration: 6-Month ContractApplication Deadline: May 22, 2024Role Summary:The Sales Technology Coordinator will play a key role in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and will be responsible for providing day-to-day technology support to our sales representatives with our Sales Technology Tools. We are looking for a self-starter with a strong technical aptitude and great project coordination and people skills.Duties and Responsibilities:Ensure that customer-focused front-line support is provided to our sales representatives on their inquiries concerning all sales operational functions with our CRM including, working on training material and keeping material current, managing user set up and termination and onboarding walk through.Work closely with the Senior Manager, Sales and Distribution Technology on all sales technology projects and enhancements, understand business requirements from various stakeholders, maintain an issues list, determine how to resolve them, develop reports/dashboards.Develop training material and deliver group training sessions in person or virtually. Work closely with the IT department to assess and work on downward impacts of transitional changes with our back-end systems and sales applications.Work with stakeholders to develop and coordinate training and communicate changes and enhancements as needed.Assist with ongoing Sales Technology projects: including our point-of-sale application updates, prepare project management documentation, coordinate, and perform User Acceptance Testing with user groups and IT resources.As the SME, patiently provide user support to offsite sales reps.Review and ensure data integrity across the entire platform.Help drive adoption of technology and process changes.Qualifications: 2+ years of related sales technology experience with a track record of leading and/or being part of change initiatives that have fundamentally enhanced an organizations capability, performance, and culture.University/College degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or related field of study.Certified Salesforce Administrator is an asset. Working experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce Experience Cloud is preferred. Other Salesforce Products or CRM experience considered an asset.Service oriented and comfortable in dealing with many types of people with varying levels of technical knowledge.A keen sense of sensitivity to the needs of diverse stakeholders with the ability to align diverse groups to mutually beneficial objectives and outcomes, utilizing political acuity.Experience in managing projects and process improvement initiatives.Proven analytical, research, problem solving and decision-making skills.Self-motivated, able to work independently and with others with minimal supervision.Ability to manage simultaneous tasks in a fast-paced, technology-oriented environment.Enthusiasm and willingness to learn and adapt to change.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.Bilingual in English and French an asset.Flexible to respond to field inquiries outside of regular business hours and weekends.What’s in it for you?
