JOB DETAILS Location: Richmond, BC, V6V 1J4 Salary: $ 23.00 hourly / 40 hours per week Terms of employment: Full time, permanent Start date: As soon as possible Vacancy: 1 TEER: 62010 REQUIREMENTS Language: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years Work setting: Urban areas Supervision: 3-4 people RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise staff (apprentices, stagehands, design team, etc.) Assign sales workers to duties. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff. Authorize payments by cheque. Order merchandise. Establish work schedules. Sell merchandise. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters. Organize and maintain inventory. Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages. Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers. Conduct performance reviews.
