Job Description:
The Retail Sales Supervisor for a gas station is a key management role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store and ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the gas station. This individual plays a vital role in maintaining customer satisfaction, managing staff, and optimizing sales and profitability within the store.

– Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience
– Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Job Duties
– Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.)
– Assign sales workers to duties
– Order merchandise
– Authorize return of merchandise
– Establish work schedules
– Sell merchandise
– Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
– Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
– Organize and maintain inventory
– Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
