Can Grow is looking for a motivated, forward-thinking and dedicated individual to join their team to work in Lambton, Elgin & Middlesex Counties, The Crop Inputs Sales Agronomist will provide farm customers with agronomic service and information while being responsible for selling Can Grow’s proprietary product lines of Fertilizer, Foliar crop products and Market Leading Biological Products to growers in the Territory.Desired Skills and ExperienceRevenue GenerationProspect and sell new accounts via cold calling, networking, industry events and other meansMaintain and grow existing customer accounts in the TerritoryMeet/Exceed sales goalsImprove company profitability through understanding customer needs and requirements to maximize the customer and company ROIcommunicate company services and unique characteristics to potential customersProduct and Industry KnowledgeUnderstand and sell a variety of products including Fluid Fertilizers, BIological Crop Inputs and Plant Health SystemsUnderstand and Resolve Customer Cropping Challenges with solid Solutions for the problemMaintain up to date knowledge of industry products and technologyRelay competitive information, gather information, identify those markets, and make suggestions on how to reactAdditional RequirementsBe able to communicate up, down and across the organizationCarry strong presentation skillsHave strong attention to detail with the ability to organize and prioritize client needs in a fast-paced environmentMaintain timely entry of orders and all other necessary administrative requirements to finalize customer ordersHave strong computer skills with proficiencies in Excel, PowerPoint, and Sales business appsCollect customer past due accounts if neededRemuneration:Can Grow offers a competitive compensation package including a commission structure along with Health, Dental and a Matching pension plan.
