Here's a Snapshot Of What You Will Do

  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
  • Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth.
  • Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and generate sales reports.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, providing updates on sales activities, opportunities, and challenges.
Here's what we are looking for:
  • Proven experience in sales, account management, and business development.
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Post-Secondary education
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
