Here's a Snapshot Of What You Will Do
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
- Conduct regular reviews with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth.
- Identify and target potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for growth.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer interactions, and generate sales reports.
- Participate in regular sales meetings, providing updates on sales activities, opportunities, and challenges.
Here's what we are looking for:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, and business development.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Post-Secondary education
- Strong understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and prospects.
