We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our team and support our expanding sales operations.

Position Overview:

The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the sales processes and operations for our digital marketing technology sales team. This role involves managing sales data, implementing and tracking sales strategies, and ensuring the sales team has the tools and resources they need to succeed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations within the digital marketing or technology sector, with a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales Process Management: Develop, refine, and manage the sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness across the sales team. Ensure all processes are well-documented and followed.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Oversee the collection and analysis of sales data to provide actionable insights. Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and forecasting accuracy.
  • Sales Tools and Technology: Manage and optimize the use of CRM and other sales tools. Evaluate and implement new technologies to support sales operations and improve productivity.
  • Performance Metrics: Define, track, and analyze key sales metrics. Provide recommendations for improving sales performance based on data insights.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify their needs and provide support. Develop training programs to enhance their skills and knowledge of our products and sales strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments.
  • Sales Strategy: Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives. Assist in setting sales targets and developing plans to achieve them.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Assist in sales forecasting and budgeting. Ensure accurate sales projections and help develop strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve sales operations processes and implement best practices. Lead projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations, preferably within the SAAS or technology sector.
  • Technical Skills : Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools. Strong Excel skills and the ability to handle complex data sets.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and contribute to high-level sales planning.
