About the Position:
The Sales & Marketing Director is a vital member of the leadership team and is responsible for working directly with the VP Sales & Marketing, Equiton Developments. They will be responsible for developing and executing all aspects of sales for development projects from inception to completion. This position leads the Equiton Developments Sales and Marketing team and oversees key external marketing initiatives. The sales & marketing director will take a proactive and strategic approach to ensure the success of all pre-construction projects under Equiton Developments.
