Your Key Responsibilities Will Be: Customer Service: • Answer incoming phone calls and address customer inquiries with professionalism and a friendly attitude. • Act as the lead customer service representative, ensuring exceptional red-carpet service for all clients and stakeholders. • Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions. • Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery. Sales Support: • Input marketing leads and manage the lead database efficiently. • Handle online inquiries and provide timely responses. • Support the sales team with documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities. • Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and reports as directed. • Assist with the organization and coordination of sales meetings, events, and trade shows. Marketing Support: • Assist the marketing department with social media content creation and management. • Manage website updates and ensure information is current and accurate. • Assist in the creation of LinkedIn lists and writing publications if capable • Coordinate marketing campaigns, including email marketing, direct mail, and online advertising. • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities. • Assist with the development and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and press releases. Requirements: • Strong computer aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software programs and procedures. • Comfort in a fast-paced and constantly changing working environment. • Ability to produce consistent quality of work under pressure. • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. • Exceptional time management skills. • Ability to identify and solve problems through meticulous planning and careful execution with little to no oversight or direction. • Great attention to detail. • Team player with excellent written/verbal communication skills (English). • Knowledge of social media platforms and website administration. • Familiarity with marketing tools and software, such as email marketing platforms and analytics tools, is a plus. • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience is an asset.
