Position Description Create a detailed sales plan to hit sales goals and broaden our clientele within the specified region. Establish and uphold robust ties with HVAC contractors and technicians. Spot new market trends, shifts, and customer demands, always keeping an eye on competitors. Work in tandem with the marketing department to roll out marketing actions, promotions, and sales resources. Deliver sales pitches and showcase products to inform customers about our offerings’ advantages. Facilitate ongoing education and support for the sales crew, ensuring they are equipped to meet their sales targets. Consistently assess sales outcomes, pinpointing areas of enhancement, and make adjustments to boost performance. Generate and present precise sales data and projections to the executive team on time. Participate in industry gatherings, exhibitions, and seminars to keep abreast of market evolutions and foster a significant industry presence. Experience Residential heat pumps sales management experience for Ontario is a MUST. 5+ years of sales background in the HVAC sector is an asset. Qualifications Demonstrated history of achieving sales goals and overseeing sales units. Solid knowledge of HVAC offerings, market trends, and client preferences. Exceptional communication, deal-making, and people skills. Capable of establishing genuine relationships with customers and meeting their requirements. Independent, outcome-oriented, and comfortable working solo or with a group. Adept at using Microsoft Office tools and CRM applications. Current driver’s license and readiness to commute within the designated area. Education Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar discipline.
