What will you do?

  • Provides strategic direction, and business planning, and implements measures to ensure the success of the residential HVAC program
  • Direct a sales team of Home Comfort Advisors and ensure they are meeting and exceeding their individual and team objectives
  • Accountable for managing the sales budget including profit and loss accountability.
  • Responsible for the identification of recruitment needs and managing the full cycle of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring activities
  • Direction and motivation of a high-performing sales team through effective training and coaching.
  • Partner with Service Operations and Installation Teams to maximize opportunities for the service technicians and installers
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales processes for the organization.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of effective sales/rental training.
  • Responsible for developing and executing a local market plan to drive organic lead generation
  • Responsible for identifying and developing growth strategies to launch in new geographical territories

What do you bring?

  • Business degree or equivalent working experience
  • 5-10 years of sales and marketing leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills, leadership, training and motivation skills
  • Strong influence and negotiation skills
  • Results-oriented; high capacity to achieve high level of individual performance and team performance by focusing on targets and objectives
  • Flexibility and adaptability; high capacity to work in and lead an evolving organization; establishing new processes, etc.
  • Relationship building; strong ability to develop new and effective relationships with internal and external contacts.
  • Willing to work weekends and evenings.
  • Integrity and customer focus; experience with interacting with both internal and external customers
