POSITION OVERVIEW

PCC Integrate has an opening for an experienced enterprise hunter Sales Executive. This uncapped commission opportunity is ideal for an individual who is motivated to drive business forward and disrupt the industry. The Sales Executive will have overall accountability for prospecting and selling to their assigned region, in addition to all associated administrative duties including tracking and reporting. This position reports to the Director of Sales and Business Development.

Specific duties include, but are not limited to:

Prospecting

  • Building relationships, sales funnel and prospect list
  • Executing monthly prospecting and call plan with weekly accountability meetings
  • Attending networking or sponsored events
  • Uncovering speaking opportunities

Selling

  • Achieving annual and quarterly quota as assigned by management
  • Conducting weekly meetings with qualified prospects
  • Pre-call planning prior to discovery meetings
  • Log all accounts, contacts, calls, meetings and opportunities into CRM (Salesforce)

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

Must-Haves:

  • Proven new business sales record
  • Cultivating effective business relationships with executive decision makers
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads and acquire new business
  • Proven record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Able to identify key decision makers, influencers and marketplace opportunities
  • Strategic top-down solutions selling with demonstrated big picture thinking
  • Developed network in enterprise solutions
  • Skilled in and embraces cold call targets
  • Experience with full sales process including account management
  • Resourceful, proactive and tenacious
  • Motivated with strong work ethic
  • Skilled story teller who is comfortable presenting to C-level executives and both technical and non-technical influencers
  • Experience using a consultative sales approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Experienced at ensuring all the touch points are covered and obstacles are mitigated using strong attention to detail
  • Experienced with Salesforce and MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation and objection handling techniques
  • Basic understanding of corporate IoT, IT, IP, PoE

Nice-to-haves

  • Knows how to read and interprets construction plans
  • Familiar with commercial development
  • Active member in the community
  • Experience in market research and competitive analysis

Must-Haves:

  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience
  • Trained in Salesforce & MS Office

Nice-to-Haves:

  • College Degree or Diploma in IT, business, engineering, design or related discipline
