Our client is an established manufacturing company and the largest supplier of coatings. and coating deposition systems for the last 25 years! They are a reputable Canadian brand and looking to grow their Sales team by adding a Sales Representative in the GTA.The company is fully dedicated to engineering and innovation applied to manufacturing coatings for various applications: Tooling industry, dies and moulds, cutting tools Aerospace engine components Transmission systems Pumps and valves for oil fieldsThe Role Managing a book of business valued at $800K - focused on minimizing churn, and growing existing accounts Adding new business through prospecting, gaining referrals, and converting inbound leads Flexible and autonomous sales role with some in-office responsibilitiesWho You Are Proven track record with growing new territories from scratch Experience selling cutting tools, coatings, or manufactured parts Solid technical background in industrial coatings, aluminum, casting, stamping Autonomous and entrepreneurial mindsetWhats In It For You Competitive compensation of $80,000-$90,000 plus commissions Realistic total income of $120,000 with commissions Benefits, Car Allowance (or company car), and 3 weeks Paid Vacation Opportunities for growthIf this looks like the right next step in you career, please apply!
