The Opportunity:

We are seeking an ambitious and driven Portfolio Associate to join our dynamic team at Valnet. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in building relationships with streaming platforms such as Netflix, Disney, Prime, and studios like Paramount, WB, Sony, etc. You'll be responsible for managing and negotiating affiliate marketing commissions, as well as pitching sponsorship opportunities and campaigns to promote movie and TV productions directly to major studios.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with streaming platforms and studios to facilitate partnerships and promotional opportunities.
  • Negotiate affiliate marketing commissions to maximize revenue generation and profitability.
  • Pitch sponsorship opportunities and campaigns to promote movie and TV productions, leveraging our digital media properties.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and strategies tailored to client needs.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Support our PR and event team by finding sponsorship opportunities

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and proven sales leadership skills.
  • Ambitious, fast learning, and data-driven individual with a track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
