Sales Engineer, Medical
LG Electronics has an opening for an experienced Sales Engineer in the Medical Display and Solution market (Diagnostic, Radiology, PACS). We're building our sales force and are looking for an individual to support our consultative style selling. You will assist in developing business value propositions around LG Electronics Medical display products and solutions. You will help the team drive sales with your technical knowledge, technical account management skills, sales ability and a strong customer-first focus. We're looking for a creative professional who can both take and give direction. They will work closely with our Sales and Product Management to achieve the desired metrics and targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and present the technical details of LG's line of medical display products and solutions.
- Deliver key solution messaging to customers, channel partners and OEM PACS providers.
- Gather and interpret customer requirements and develop solutions to address.
- Provide pre and post sales technical assistance/troubleshooting, discovery, and product education.
- Be the voice of the customer. Capture, review and evaluate customer feedback and provide to product development and R&D teams.
- Attend, manage and participate in all required shows, meetings and training sessions.
Job Requirements
- BA/BS degree required or equivalent.
- 3 years of experience in technical support (remote and onsite) for end users or partners (healthcare Information systems or medical display technology industry preferred)
- 3 years of PACS DICOM hands-on experience preferred.
- 5 years of experience selling or supporting PC hardware, software, network or server infrastructure.
- Experience in hospital information systems
- Excellent relationship management and presentation skills
- Experience with Salesforce CRM
- Experience with x-ray devices (DXD) or systems is a plus
