This team supports 75+ offices around the world, across North America, South America, Australia, Europe, and the Middle East. And you will be a key player in delivering best-in-class service to all our stakeholders.The right fit for us is a detail-oriented team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You are resourceful, analytical, and possess a curiosity for what is possible, balanced with a commitment to implement the best solution and constantly strive for continuous improvement.How will you contribute to the Sales Enablement Team?In your role, you will support three key functions: Sales Support, Salesforce Support, and Sales Training. We will provide you all the training you need in-house. We are invested in your success.Sales Support duties include:daily Sales user support, including ongoing updates and education on new internal initiatives, reports etc.ongoing Sales Contests to drive performance and engagementSalesforce Lead Routing to pertinent markets and individualsEnterprise Accounts with daily account management tasksSalesforce Support duties include:daily Salesforce platform and user support, including ongoing updates and education on new features, benefits, reports etc.customization of objects, fields, record types, rate tables, page layouts, validation rulesclosely with all departments to review operational processes and address inefficienciesusers, profiles and roles, and security modelsSales Training duties include:and update training materials, including onboarding collateral, battle cards, training videos, etc.corporate training team with creating a centralized library for all training materials.Desired skills:year of experience in a sales, marketing or sales enablement rolepost-secondary education and/or commensurate experienceteam player, who thrives in a multicultural environmentattention to detailcommunication and writing skillsorganizational and time-management skillswith Salesforce Lightning a strong assetto thrive in a multi-functional, multi-tasking environmentWhat do we offer?salary commensurate with your experience and qualificationscontribution programhealth and dentalopportunities with a great team that’s expanding its services and international presencework environment of remote and in-office workdaysweeks of vacation a year
