Job Description:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve company sales goals and objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and lead the sales team, setting performance targets and providing guidance to maximize their potential.
  • l Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales and long-term business growth.
  • Sales Forecasting: Prepare sales forecasts, monitor progress, and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Budget Management: Manage the sales budget efficiently and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance to the executive team and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Sales Training: Organize and conduct training and development programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or MBA is a plus).
  • Extensive sales and management experience.
  • Strong leadership and industry knowledge.
  • Strategic thinking and financial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions.
  • Applicant should have GDPR knowledge
  • Fluent in Urdu and Punjabi

A candidate with previous Nadra knowledge will be more desirable.
