Nature Fresh Farms is a recognized leader within the greenhouse farming industry – join our team and help us continue to grow!We are currently looking to fill a permanent full-time position for a Sales Coordinator for our Sales Department at our Leamington, ON location.As a Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for a wide variety of duties (as outlined below in Job Specific Duties) that support the Key Account Manager.Job Specific DutiesProcessing orders via email and phone. Checking data accuracy of orders and invoices.Completing and ensuring accuracy on Passing’s in a timely manner.Completing Rejection process when needed.Setting up Sample order requests for the team.Inquiring about mis-ships – over/under and communicating to accounting. Communicating important feedback from customers to associates. Maintaining and developing a working relationship with the Sales and Procurement Team.Maintaining confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgment.Supporting Sales team with clerical duties. Working in the portals to check country of origin and to put orders in transit. Other duties as assigned.QualificationsProven experience working as a Sales Administrator or Sales support is preferred.Post-secondary education in Marketing, Sales or relevant field is a plusHigh level of proficiency with Microsoft office software packages, including Word and Excel.Understanding of key performance metricsExcellent organizational and multitasking skills.Team player with a high level of dedication.Ability to maintain respectful relationships at all levels within and outside the organizationVery high degree of confidentiality and integrity required regarding all aspects of the business. Ability to work under strict deadlines; and ensure timely follow-up.Available to answer emails and calls in the evenings and on weekends if necessary.Ability to handle customer service situations calmly and professionally.Ability to work independently with little direction, within a fast-paced environment.Good communication skills, reading, writing, listening and oral communication.Working ConditionsMainly office setting with some warehouse/greenhouse as needed – walking, sitting, and standing throughout the day.
