Here’s where you come in...

We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic Coordinator to join our team! You will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks and activities within the dept.

Key Responsibilities

  • Liaise with different departments for the coordination of purchases and sales
  • Schedule and manage freight expense and transport of trucks to ensure timely deliveries and manage ongoing cases
  • Administrative work to support the need of the department including invoicing, ticket management and purchase verification
  • Manage and record inventory stock
  • Manage BOL and any other documents required for shipments
  • Manage transport invoices, deliveries and relevant paperwork from the drivers to ensure accuracy of shipment
  • Advise of any discrepancies
  • Ensure correct material is being loaded onto the trucks

What will make you a valued member of our team?

  • High School Graduate
  • Post-secondary education in an administration or business program is an asset
  • Minimum of three (3) years of administrative experience
  • Customer service oriented, possess tact and judgement in dealing with difficult and demanding customers
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Intermediate computer skills with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Must be able to respond to tight deadlines during regular and peak periods and to last-minute demands and requirements
  • Organized, detailed oriented, ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work with little supervision
  • Possess problem analyses and solving skills including basic arithmetic computations
