Due to our continued growth in the Saskatoon brokerage office, we are seeking a Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a self-driven, results-oriented individual who critically assesses their own performance. The ideal candidate must be mature, credible, and comfortable interacting with senior company executives. We offer in-house training.
Responsibilities include selling, leasing, and marketing commercial real estate. We seek an enthusiastic, motivated, and self-confident individual with excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, including written, verbal, and presentation delivery.
Preference will be given to candidates who have graduated from a post-secondary education program in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing (Real Estate and Housing), Urban Planning, or Statistics.
The successful candidate must thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess exceptional organizational skills, including the ability to effectively multi-task, self-manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines. Prior sales and customer service experience or business ownership experience is also preferred.
