Job Title: Sales and Marketing CoordinatorLocation: Vaughan, OntarioCompany: Leading Real Estate Development CompanySalary: $60,000 - $65,000 annually, plus bonusJob Description:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our client in Vaughan, Ontario. This role is integral to supporting multiple low-rise residential communities in the area. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate, business administration, or marketing, with a particular understanding of pre-construction agreements for low-rise homes.Responsibilities:Enter newly executed Agreements into Newstar and distribute them accordingly.Generate Agreements of Purchase and Sale (with attention to Schedules) and Amendments for multiple projects.Coordinate sales office and model home set-up, maintenance, and weekly deficiencies, collaborating with departments such as IT and Construction.Provide sales lists and homeowner information to Tarion (HCRA).Prepare Warning Clauses from subdivision agreements for Agreements of Purchase and Sale.Requirements:Strong understanding of pre-construction Agreements of Purchase and Sale for low-rise homes.2-5 years of experience in real estate, business administration, or marketing.Ontario Real Estate Association License is a bonus.Excellent customer service skills, self-motivated, and resourceful.Benefits:Employee assistance programPaid time offDental careLife insuranceDisability insuranceCompany pensionExtended health careOn-site parking
