We are looking for a assistant to join our team and take charge of the crucial aspects of purchasing, sales, and marketing within our company. Based in Granby, Quebec, we utilize cutting-edge technology for bottling and distribution.What are the main tasks of the job?Create purchase orders, scan them into the system and oversee their transmissionWork closely with logistics to organize order collection and follow up on pending ordersRegularly analyze inventory to recommend adjustments and ensure efficient order management to close gaps (min./max., order composition)Participate in the creation and updating of catalogs and price lists, as well as documents for new productsAssist management in the creation of sales aids for promotions and in the organization of trade fairs.
