About the Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, developing long-term, trust-based relationships with them. Your role is to provide 'white-glove' service and understand guests' most important life and travel goals, making them come to life. Being successful in sales begins with being a customer champion. In this role, you will:


Champion Customer Interactions

  • Oversee the entire sales process from initial interest to final payment, including pursuing all sales opportunities and follow-up activities.
  • Make outbound calls to new or existing customers, and follow up with active inquiries to provide a complete experience to any customer who contacts us.
  • Respond to customer inquiries (website forms, Facebook messages, chat messages, and phone calls), engaging with early adopters to answer questions and build loyalty from day one.
  • Track new leads and participate in the maintenance of the CRM database to ensure accurate, clean, and consistent data capture.


Champion Customer Happiness

  • Establish a special connection with past and potential customers, and identify and understand their travel needs.
  • Provide a superior level of customer service through accurate and timely information on destinations, flights, fares, special offers, and other travel products.
  • Help create and assemble customer tour packages for deployment, finalize payments for customers, and send out tour information through individual or batch mailings.
  • Proactively review and anticipate future customer desires through the promotion of our strong value proposition, tour experience, and supporting products.
  • Be positive and open to continually enhancing the team experience in every way.
  • Assist other team members as necessary in delivering their portion of the customer experience.


The First 90 Days

By the end of the first 90 days, you should have a solid understanding of the company, its operations, and sales processes, engaging with customers and familiarizing yourself with our systems and guest demographic. You'll feel comfortable in the role and be eager to innovate.

Position: Full Time

Location: Montreal, QC

Experience: Inbound & Outbound sales and customer service, ideally in premium travel

Languages: Proficiency in English, written and spoken

Accreditations: OPC Travel Certificate and/or TICO Travel Advisor a strong asset
