Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Account Manager. The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, building security solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service. The role is based in Ottawa, ON, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction & Account Management
- Lead Generation and Communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Respond to RFP's and RFI's
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Security Clearance is required for this position
- Experience in the security industry is a must
