POSITION: Safety Office Manager
JOB TYPE: Full Time
LOCATION: Grande Prairie, Alberta

JOB SUMMARY:
The Agency is assisting Road Runner Safety Solutions LTD. in the recruitment of a full time Safety Office Manager. Road Runner Safety Solutions LTD. is locally owned and operated, serving Northern Alberta and British Columbia as your one stop safety shop. The successful candidate will be a detail oriented, trustworthy individual with exceptional Microsoft Office skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the office calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and trainings

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, communicating clearly and professionally

  • Work with clients to meet their safety needs on items such as working insafety manuals, filing systems, conducting client orientations

  • Inside sales of safety equipment, first aid supplies and personal protective equipment

  • Manage and maintain client ComplyWorks, ISNetworld and Canqual Registries

  • Responsibilities, duties, and requirements may vary according to company needs

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred

  • Minimum three (3) years experience in administrative management role

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, providing strong customer service experience

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

  • Experience working with large MS Word documents

  • Able to quickly learn new company-specific software

  • Experience working with ISNetworld, ComplyWorks and other safety registries considered an asset

  • Ability to think quickly and make decisions on the fly

  • Skilled at building trust and maintaining positive relationships

  • Ability to diffuse and resolve challenging situations

  • Detail oriented, self motivated, reliable, and dedicated

  • Compliance with company policies and procedures
